GRILL

Place on a hot grill. Brush on Uncle Dougie’s Wing Marinade while grilling to turn up the heat. Finish with your favorite Uncle Dougie’s BBQ sauce to add a sweet smokey glaze.

Place marinated wings in a 1” deep baking pan. Pour remaining marinade from the bowl over the wings. Bake at 425° for 60 minutes, turning occasionally. After 60 minutes, drain marinade and bake to desired crispness (20 - 30 minutes longer).

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO WITH THIS INCREDIBLE STUFF?!!

Add some awesomeness to your favorite cuts of pork, beef, chicken, seafood and shellfish. Just wash, dry, and place in a plastic bag with enough marinade to completely immerse it. Put it in the fridge for a half-hour or so and let Uncle Dougie’s magical blend of peppers, spices and vinegars do its work. The longer it sits, the more tender and spicy it will get!
