Flying Pigs are just awesomely delicious and a big hit at any party. We call them Flying Pigs because once you put these out-just stand back 'cause they're gonna fly!
These have a bit of prep, but they're well worth it. They start with pork tenderloin cut into bite size pieces. The tenderloin is marinated in the Wicked Good marinade for a half hour or so, and then they're wrapped with a piece of bacon and lollipopped at the end of a bamboo skewer.
1 lb Pork Tenderloin
1 lb Sliced Regular Thickness Bacon
1 Package Bamboo Skewers
Uncle Dougie’s Wicked Good Marinade
Uncle Dougie’s Sneaky Spicy BBQ Sauce
Place on medium-high heat pre-heated grill turning continuously
When bacon is at desired crispness, brush on 4 oz. Uncle Dougie’s Sneaky Spicy BBQ Sauce for final glaze
