Wash and dry meats, veggies or seafood, place in a bowl (or plastic food bag) and smother with Kung-Fused Marinade for 15-30 minutes. Mix well occasionally to infuse the marinade. For spicier flavor, marinade for a full hour or more (the longer, the spicier!).
Place on hot grill and cook until awesome! Brush on Kung-Fused Marinade while grilling to turn up the flavor and spice level.
A delicious side dish or main course! Stir-fry your favorite meats, seafood and veggies in a large skillet for 5-7 minutes (do not overcook!). Add an 1/8th cup of cooking oil and one or two cups of cooked rice-whatever rice-to-meat/veggie ratio you would like (less rice for main course/more for rice side dish). Turn up heat and stir for another 5 minutes, then add Kung-Fused Asian Marinade, a 1/4-cup at a time, to your taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro and mint and you're ready for your own cooking show!
