Directions

Wash and dry meats, veggies or seafood, place in a bowl (or plastic food bag) and smother with Kung-Fused Marinade for 15-30 minutes. Mix well occasionally to infuse the marinade. For spicier flavor, marinade for a full hour or more (the longer, the spicier!).

Place on hot grill and cook until awesome! Brush on Kung-Fused Marinade while grilling to turn up the flavor and spice level.

KUNG-FUSED RICE

A delicious side dish or main course! Stir-fry your favorite meats, seafood and veggies in a large skillet for 5-7 minutes (do not overcook!). Add an 1/8th cup of cooking oil and one or two cups of cooked rice-whatever rice-to-meat/veggie ratio you would like (less rice for main course/more for rice side dish). Turn up heat and stir for another 5 minutes, then add Kung-Fused Asian Marinade, a 1/4-cup at a time, to your taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro and mint and you're ready for your own cooking show!

Turn most anything into something extraordinary – from chicken fingers to french fries. Add some awesomeness to your favorite cuts of pork, beef, chicken, seafood and shellfish. Just wash, dry, and place in aplastic bag with enough marinade to completely immerse it. Put itin the fridge for a half-hour or soand let Uncle Dougie’s magical blend of peppers, spices and vinegars do its work. The longer it sits, the more tender and spicy it will get!
